Shapes Brow Bar and RMLA

I went to brow bar at the augusta mall today to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time. I was barely greeted when I came through the door and just asked if I wanted my eyebrows done. I replied with a yes. I was pointed to a chair and one of the girls proceeded to do my eyebrows. I prefaced that this is my first experience and to be as gentle as possible. 2 minutes into process, she points to my eyebrow at another girl who proceeds to take over and "fix" the problem. When I inquired what was happening, one of the girls finally admitted to a mistake where the middle part of my eyebrow was gone and she was trying to "fix it". I was very angry but did not loose my cool. She asked if I wanted her to finish threading and I said yes. The final product was mediocre for what I was expecting. The supposedly manager apologized and said that I would not have to pay as if that was consolation for losing a part of my eyebrow. Needless to say, I will never step foot in that place and will discourage anyone for going there as well. Please do not allow your "new" girls or trainees to work on a customer if they don't have proper experience. This was very unprofessional

Best place to get your brows shaped is in the mall a new place called "shapes brow bar", gone are the days they used to have the kiosks under the food court--so embarrassing, I liked the fact its a bit away from the foot traffic of the mall, the lady did a superb job of shaping my brows with a twisted thread, no wax burns, no tweezer bumps, and guess what its cheaper..you should go!!
