        They want you to bear all the costs

        Very unprofessional. Try to rush parents into agreeing to represenation without full disclosure. Charges for everything (evaluations, seminars, printing, mailing costs). You have to pay for comp cards and photography but they retain the rights and won't let you reuse them. Other agencies don't work this way nor ask you to pay for business seminars and evaluations.
