One Company Manpower works with has lots of rules. No Smoking. No Cell Phones. No Jewelry. No piercings. No Watches. No I phones. Unable to leave, you are locked in till the end of the shift, because you work with 40-60 guys from the Oshkosh prison. You need to make sure you can handle eight full hours with no smoking and no regular breaks. They will scream at you if you do not get up immediately after your 10 minute break. If you are not fast enough or if you ask to be moved cause you are injured, you will not be asked back. You complain about the wages and you will not come back. Overall, it is a job in hell.
