      Overall

      Horrible customer service! They had me fill out 3 info cards because they keep misplacing my info. That's 3 times that they've misplaced my social. Then, they get attitude when I ask what happened to the other 2 cards with my personal info. When I asked for the number to the home office, they refuse to give it to me and continue throwing attitude. HORRIBLE customer service, organization, & horrible attitudes from Francis. HORRIBLE!
