Bar M Ranch

The place is beautiful but the staff was horrible. They flat out refused to give us the wifi password even though they have no cell service so we couldn't contact our family to let them know we have arrived safely. I had to drive 18 miles to get cell service to make a phone call. Yet they sat in the living room using the internet while we couldn't. They had no reason for withholding the password simply stating it was for staff only. They were rude beyond belief. We will never go there again since they don't know the meaning of customer service yet decided to get into a 100% customer service related business.
