I contacted Carters Lawn Care Inc. (Carter) for a complete sprinkler system install. The job required irrigating 1.3 acres comprised of residential yard areas, 4,000 SF fruit orchard, 700 SF patio garden, new line and spigot to support operation and maintenance of a swimming pool, and stub out for future landscaping of 16,000 SF. The job was demanding not only from a size perspective, but there were a number of challenges including low water pressure, extremely compacted soils, working under and around stone pathways, retaining walls, a variety of existing trees and plantings, and driveways, all of which had to be undisturbed by the work. The job had to be completed to allow fall re-seeding which required the Carter team to begin work immediately. Carter€™s team responded quickly with friendly professionalism and technical expertise. The team delivered a cost-effective, highly efficient, and well-planned system that fully meets my requirements, despite some tough challenges. Furthermore, their commitment quality and to helping me with the system following installation is very reassuring...they didn€™t just perform an install and leave. I know I can rely on their support if I need it in the future. This project was a dream project that I had been planning for many years and getting it exactly right was very important to me. Contacted Carter's lawn because I had a leak in my sprinkler system. The owner called me back within 24 hours and his crew came out the next day. The guys that came out were very professional and very knowledgeable. They had it fixed and up and running the same day. After a few days, I discovered a minor issue with my sprinklers again. Contacted Carter and they were back the following business day to fix it.Great service, thank you
