T J's Burger House

Douglas location--NEVER EAT HERE! Flies everywhere! The health department needs to come by soon with all the flies they have in there. Worst service I had EVER received at any restaurant...we were there around 7:30 (they close at 8pm). Waitress disappeared after dropping off our order and check-never checked back to see how we were doing. We stood at the register for 10 minutes trying to pay, but no one was around to cash us out. At that time there were no customers in the store, so after yelling hello? and anyone there? several times, I started yelling WE ARE GOING TO WALK OUT! Twice and still no one helped us. Finally I walked to the back kitchen and told the girl we would like to pay if someone wants to ring us up. No apologies received. Then she tried to ring us up, charging over $40 for 2 burgers and 2 appetizers- we insisted that was wrong. Sure enough...our waitress had rung up a previous order ON TOP of ours (was really ~$30). Again, no apologies received. A tip? Yes....get better service! I will never spend a penny there again and I WILL call health department on you people. Its a shame that your burgers are good but your service is the worst in the world.

There are burgers. Then, there are TJ's burgers. They're big, they're hot, and they're mucho tasty. And when you get fries to go with them, try the half order - they're plentiful and they're hand-cut. Good luck finding a better burger!
