John my sales person was great even though I had some initial difficulties with my purchase he worked diligently to make it right. I now have all my furniture in my home and am very pleased

I recently bought a bedroom set from Ashley Furniture and they sent out a damaged dresser. They wouldn't exchange it at first, but after their repairman couldn't fix it, they sent out an exchange dresser, two weeks later, more damaged than the first. After the fifth damaged dresser was sent out five weeks later, I requested a refund and they told me all sales were final! I finally got my money back, but it was a hassle. Their furniture is cheap, and they have terrible customer service! I will not shop there ever again!
