We purchased a lovely sectional made by Carleton Furniture of Ocala at the salesman's suggestion as he had personal experience with the brand. It is perfect, great quality and reasonable price. We also purchased a Franklin recliner but did not have good luck with that. The vinyl covering fell apart and as we are seasonal residents the year warranty was up before it became apparent we had a trashed chair. Jessica in customer service worked with us and in the end was successful in getting us a full credit from the manufacturer for the original cost of the chair. You can't do better than that!

I would never recommend this furniture store to anyone. First you get BS, then damaged new furniture, after spending over $9000.00 they add a delivery fee to your bill. It took months to get the furniture that was damaged replaced. They tell you two different stories about how great customer service is. Be smart, look anywhere else to purchase your furniture, A thrift store is far better than them. Never go there.

Such a wonderful store. Definitely better than the big chain furniture stores. Frank was such a pleasure and help on my first visit. I definitely feel like i got the best price. For a reasonable fee my products were delivered and installed promptly. I also had to go back in for a refund on a layaway item with no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended.
