After renting a house for 14 months with a major breakin and multiple issues with things not working in house this company has never been on the ball with fixing anything. The repair men were useless and my husband had to finish their shoddy work! Now after being late on rent by 10days for the first time ever we get served notice! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE HEARTLESS PEOPLE!!!

waste of time...paid application fee over a week ago and still haven't gotten a response,they never answer the phone nor respond to emails or voicemails.A true dissapointment to say the least, don't waste your money with these people.

In regards to the review below... I was actually visiting the office at this time and This lady was completely belligerent and unaware of what was going on. She was trying to help some friends rent a place, and clearly did not understand the policies and assumed you could just walk in the door and rent a place. Her friends were mortified when she walked out hysterical!! and in turn her friends (who she feels she is arguing on behalf of) are now tenants of Frank Moore & Company and very pleasant to deal with.

I was in contact with them to rent an apartment. I was told after my application fee of 80 dollars that I could rent the apartment if I brought 1300 dollars into them. That was not true. After being in contact with them for over a week, and calling just before I went to the office, I went in to rent the apartment and pay the money. They did not have the apartment ready to rent. They had never checked out the apartment after the last person moved. They told me I had to pay 300 dollars to hold the apartment and return the next day after they inspected the apartment and pay the rest of the money and then I could finally rent the apartment. Whether you are renting or hiring them to manage your property that is an unacceptable timeline. When I called the first time I was told they had several apartments available by a woman. I called a couple of hours later and talked to a man and he said there was only one apartment available. I was told that the water was included then I was told that the water was not included. I asked if it was total electric and they said they did not know. Unprofessional, rude, incompetent.

Do not rent from them or let them manage your property.



They are a complete mess. Any time anything ever goes wrong with your rental property, they will take their precious time even when it comes to telling you they won't be able to get to your property until whenever.



I'm not upset that things break or stop working in my house, but that Frank Moore & Co completely lacks communication skills when it comes to fixing our issues. I've had to call and remind them because they forget to write down what needs to be fixed. Many times they say they're coming one day and then don't. And the time they do show up, you're not home and they don't bring a key. They have also had to fix things multiple times because they do the cheapest fix possible which I understand since it's a business but sometimes shortcuts aren't the best way.



The house I live in is nice, it has things happen every now and then which is fine. It's the company itself that I've had a hard time with.



The company clearly lacks communication skills and does not value service.
