Pal's Pizza

I've ordered from Pal's quite a few times... for myself and also with my co-workers, but after how I was treated this afternoon, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PAL'S AGAIN!



Earlier in the week, my co-worker and I both ordered the wrap lunch special, which comes with either a bottle of water or a can of soda. We walked down to pick up our order during our lunch break and when we returned, we noticed that neither one of us had our "FREE" drink. Instead of calling, we made a note to mention it when we placed a future order, since it wasn't really a big deal... it was just a couple bottles of water... some times a generic brand and other days it could be a brand name... it's a toss up! But, we ordered today... in the same week!



We ordered the lunch wrap special again and made our way back down to Pal's to pick it up. We placed our order at 1PM and at 1:30 PM, the order was not ready. I brought the issue we had to a young guy and he had no answers... I asked if there was a manager and no one was on duty. I remembered who serviced us the last time... the girl with the red hair... and my coworker remembered her passing us as we walked in... While we waited for them to finish up on our order, she walked in... the young guy told her what I told him... and instead of her speaking to us, you can hear her saying... "they want it for FREE..."... "No!"... Technically, we weren't getting anything for FREE, because we paid for it with our lunch. I asked, the young guy for her name and her title, which he provided... Her name is Ashley and she's just an employee. Not management. So, for two bottles of water... I left my $7 lunch and went next door to Fernandez's!



What annoyed me the most is... you can get a 24 pack of water for $2.49... which adds up to about $.10 a bottle... LOL!



When you know better, you do better... Customer Service 101... $7.00 or $.20... you do the math?!



Also, it was better when you were able to go and get your own drink, because when you went inside, you knew you had to get it! When they changed it and made it their responsibility, that's when things went down hill... because you had to remind them, so they can run out and grab it from the cooler that is accessible to the public! And if I didn't mention it to the guy today about what happened to us earlier in the week, he wouldn't of had it right either... because he came out and got the water!
