        Reynolds Subaru – East Lyme, Connecticut

        I’ve spent the better part of 37 years in the automotive space with 11 of those running repair shops. Because of that experience, I know the business and find it extremely difficult to service me cars.

        That was until I decided to pick up the phone and call Reynolds Subaru… A very pleasant lady by the name of Marcia answered all my questions, really made it easy for me to come in and when I got there, delivered on everything she told me on the phone! Actually she was off on one thing, the final bill was less than quoted! At other shops, it’s usually the opposite! And get this… she told me 30 minutes and in about 29 she came into their super comfortable waiting area to let me know that my car was ready!

        Thank you Reynolds for the awesome service! I will now bring my other Subaru there for service as well. You guys get it and you’ve earned my trust and business.

        Repairs were scheduled for minimum inconvenience. Since I purchased the car from them, they provided a "Loaner" for the day, for a major (3+ hr.) repair that I could not wait around for.
