        Overall

        Our company hired Complete one week in advance to move 1 vehicle about 120 miles north. The day before the scheduled drop off my boss found herself on the receiving end of one of the rudest, stupidest and most unreasonable cancelations, at the last minute! The 'boss lady' should work in a prison not an office, zero manners. Shameful. Luckily we found a cheaper rate and a completely civil tow company within half hour. Avoid!

        I'm pretty sure at least one of the positive reviews is fake and written by someone who works there. The owner of the place is the reason this industry has such a horrible reputation. Incredibly rude, no decency or work ethic. Other people in the office are pleasant but the owner is a deal breaker. I would only send people I absolutely hate to these guys. Good luck!

        I normally don't write reviews, but my service tonight was so excellent I thought it deserved a thumbs up. The driver arrived quickly and got right to work. It was very cold and snowy out so he had me wait in the cab (pretty tidy might I add) while he loaded up my car. We were back at my place in no time and he even took me up to the store to get change. The driver was very pleasant and upbeat, made my sucky situation seem a little less sucky. Thank you Complete Towing!

        Best in Town

        I was stranded in McDonald's parking lot and very stressed. Complete sent a driver immediately and got me on the road. Very fast and helpful.
