Quay will definitely take care of you, I had service done and Will, another
service advisor noticed a puddle on the ground from where I left, Quay immediately called me right after leaving to bring it back to check the reason for the leak, that’s good service! Minh the mechanic explained the problem and the fix, excellent!!

Love the new corolla. Very efficient at Ana and Jay the GM was an excellent person to work with. Along with the service staff. Would recommend.

I hope all you people that just "purchased" vehicles from this place, actually had a legit loan from a bank from here especially if your credit isn't that great!! These people pretend to have you sign a contract then change it a day, a week, or more later... in reality there is no leinholder, it's just them the whole time, and they are ruining your credit by applying from multiple banks to get you approved!! Let alone if you do a trade in, good luck getting it back if they can't get you approved! They are scamming the people of this city and the surrounding area, and especially military families!! You guys need to be blacklisted for your sleazy business practices! I recommend going to any other dealership than Toyota of Lawton!

After spending a day in Oklahoma city looking for FRS I wanted and disappointed because nobody was helpful.. I decided to call Jim Norton and right off the bat they were very helpful.

Awful business, scam artist, and lies. Look this dealership up on the Better Business bureau and Dealer Rater to see all of their scam reviews. We initially ignored these reviews, and ended up theirs next victims.

We were traveling to Lawton for our son's graduation from Basic training when we hit something with our Camry. The cover under the car was hanging down and we only had a very limited time with our son and didn't have a lot of time to wait for a repair.

They went out of their way to help us and had us back on the road within 30 minutes.

I was looking at new cars on the lot. Did a little talking that day with a salesman named Andrew. Very nice guy! I also got to meet one of the managers named Mindi also very nice young girl. Went back on Monday and bought the
car. I have been buying cars for 40 years and this was by far my best experience with a dealership. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful . I live about 7 hours from that dealership. I truly wished I had one in my area that cared for the customers like this one does.

I will not use anyone but April Lacy to buy future vehicles. She goes out of her way to make the experience as painless as possible.
