Run away from this man! He will lie cheat and still from u. Read the whole contract and the move out sheet and will see. He charges a "minimum of 20.00 per light outlit. He has no intention of giving back. He won't fix anything but he will lie and say oh yeah I've been in your apartment to fix it. His places are infested with bugs, and left to the new tenant to clean. I'm am so screwed and can't wait to get out of my lease. They once even said I was late on my rent and charged me a late fee but I have auto pay and it comes out automatically and had the bank statement to prove it and all the office did was scream me at the top off their lungs. Also TWICE I went into my ohfa inspection and he tried to say I agreed to a higher rent once it was 500 and he tried to push it for 575.00 and the other 475. And he tried to make it 500. Pay a little more and have peace of mind!
Would not recommend to anyone. Horrible maintenance service and no concern for the well being of the tenants that rent from them. Cannot wait to get out of my lease.
