I drove in at the last minute and I had a noise I was sort of concerned about in my Armada. Although I didn't have an appoinment, they addressed my concerns, and got right on it. Their Service Manager, Jimmy Toombs, visited with me. I was rather impressed as how he listened, looked me directly in the eye and everything was handled better that I could have hoped for. Luckily, it was just a belt and it was due anyway. This was a nice change from past experiences that I've had at other facilities. Even though I didn't buy my SUV there, it didn't matter, they treated me like I did and they didn't over-charge me! I also found out they can work on my "work" car, a 2001 VW Jetta as I will schedule a tune-up on it there here pretty soon. I highly reccomend this dealership as others waited on me while I was in the waiting room and so helful and polite. I never see this kind of service or polireness anymore and it was so refreshing to see it here-if you want service or a vehicle, I encourage you to try this place. Next time I trade my vehicle, I definately will be at Dan Mullins first.
Just want to say I had an awesome experience buying my first 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited Edition on October 21,2015. I had no idea what I wanted- when we pulled up at the dealership Lance was the one to greet us! Lance was very patient with me (several nights in a row he would stay at the dealership after it was closing time to talk with us, letting us test drive vehicles with absolutely NO pressure of purchasing a vehicle and was very upfront about everything). We have never experienced such a personalized car buying service! Everyone at the dealership was so wonderful and helpful and got me exactly what I needed and what I wanted. I would like to commend the service department at this dealership for what I perceive as remarkable service on my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder! I am especially impressed in lieu of the fact that I bought my Nissan elsewhere. I made the appointment for a safety recall notice and a factory recommended oil change. I was greeted by the service manager and treated with respect and courtesy. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was surprised to find that it had been washed and thoroughly detailed inside and out. I was amazed and very impressed. The car was spotless! I will return for maintenance and/or any other needs I may have with regards to my vehicle. Thank you so very much!!! I am very grateful, indeed! Sharon Hutchins
