Xander 3900 Apartments

Honestly, I love it. I know people complain about price, but we looked all over Vegas and the amenities, location and layout its worth it. No complaints so far after living here the few months.

I searched and toured about a dozen of apartments, a majority of the teams acted like showing me an apartment was wasting their time. Acting like they where doing me a favor, showing a potential neighbor their complex.

That is definitely not the case at Xander 3900, the whole team show genuine hospitality, and a great attitude.

Who ever hired the sales team hit it out of the park. Keep up the good work.

If you are thinking about moving in, do it now! I learned this the hard was as their prices and availability changes often.

I've been here a little over a year and love the renovation. Once my new lease is up in Dec. I'm upgrading! Xander is definitely worth it!

Perfect location, away from the Strip but close enough when I want to go. The complex is hidden off the main road. Can't wait until the main pool is open! Water bill can high at time but I guess that can be expected living in the desert. Parking is limited and might have to walk a little bit and the end of you day. The office phones rings and rings then sometimes hangs up. I found that email works best.

I first looked at the Alexander Gardens about 9 months ago, and I chose to live elsewhere but returned recently, this time, decided to make Xander 3900 (recent name change) my place to call home! The renovation that they are making to the property makes the property look like the total opposite of what I saw last year! The staff at the Xander 3900 are the best in the business especially Sonde. They know what they are doing and with everything that is going on with the renovation they go above and beyond to make sure my initial visit to Xander 3900 (2nd visit) as comfortable as possible. The few maintenance requests I had are addressed ASAP by employees that know what they are doing! One thing that sets them apart from the other apartments I've lived in are that they follow up! As soon as my requests have been completed the staff in the office calls to see if there is anything else that we need to fix and thanked me for being a resident!

I MOVE IN BACK IN SEPT SINCE THEN MY APARTMENT FLOODED TWICE THEN CALL THE OFFICE FOR HELP DIDNT RVCD AND CALL BACK UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING. THE APARTMENTS IS NICE IT IS JUST THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS. I CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP......... I WILL BE MOVING AND REPORTING THIS TO THE BBB
