On our move-in date we had a 10-16 hour drive across states to get to the property. We asked if they had any flexible days where a time range would work, but were given options for only specific times of day. Not a big deal, just stayed at a hotel so we could make it on time the next day. We got to the property at the scheduled time, and after waiting around and a few calls to them, their uncoordinated staff figured out that they had no appointment scheduled. An hour later, after forwarding them the move-in email exchange, someone eventually came. This was only frustrating because we could have avoided staying at a hotel if we knew they worked on the fly like this.During the move-in inspection we found no water pressure and no hot water. The management lady with us said to call the management company after she left. Called them and were given a disinterested "we'll see what we can do" response. We were not called back or ever given any ETA on a resolution. We called until they eventually left the office for the weekend, except for a receptionist who said it was now too late for anything to be done until the next week.The gas was also shut off which we were not informed of until the day we moved in (so no hot water, AC/heating, etc..). Earliest activation with the gas company was the next week. Why were we not informed at least a week prior so this wouldn't have been an issue?I've been living at a Brady managed property for one month now. Today I received a hand delivered "five-day notice" to pay or be evicted because of past due rent. I was 100% sure I had setup auto-recurring payment during the first payment I made. I made a manual eCheck payment anyway and then setup another auto-payment.. for the full amount due.. like the original one. The account now shows two auto payments for the full rent amount. I can't fathom why they wouldn't check their system before physically driving over here to hand me a notice.

O Harmony is asking me to pay 700 dollars on top of my rental deposit of 1,800. 00 dollars. They are not refunding me back the money and instead they are asking me an addition of 700 dollars more. They charged me a 1000.00 dollars for the painting of the whole house after I have repainted it 3 months ago. The house is spotless but they have need reasons to rip me off, thus they are charging of many false accusations that they said I need to pay them back within 30 days. O harmony realty is good at taking the money that does not belonged to them. They are supposed to refund me of my "double" deposit money but lo and behold they want to keep my money and charged me with all allegations they want just to take my money. They wont even consider me being a single parent of 6 kids and a widow as well!!! They have no heart!! all they care is money but not humanity!! they want to get rich out of the widow's money!!! They are so cruel and heartless!!!
if you rent from them expect nothing and prepare to be treated like you are scum. They treat renters like they are vagobons, their maintenance is poor and they take no responsibility for anything.
Warning!!! Do not rent from Northcap (Chio-Morales Group). At the end of your lease, They will make up stories and keep your security deposit. Not only keeping your deposit, they will send you additional bill for all kinds of made up stuff. This is a very bad and terrible folks to rent from. Renters be aware.

I have been with Costello Realty & Management for several years now and all I can say is they are THE BEST! Everyone that works there is kind, considerate and very knowledgeable of the industry. I have 1 rental property with them and it has been a breeze. I tried being a landlord prior to hiring Costello Realty & Management and it was not easy. This company assisted in finding a great tenant, has handled numerous repair issues promptly, and communicates with me whenever it is necessary. Rent payments are deposited right on time and reports are provided monthly as well as annually for taxes. I am always reminded when a lease is up. Advice is provided regarding rental amounts in the area to assist me in deciding what to do about potentially raising the rent - or not. Intermittent home inspections are handled. I have recommended this company to others and will continue to do so. I firmly stand behind everyone at Costello Realty & Management, as they are absolutely THE BEST!
Horrible people we rented a property from them and when there was a problem they send out uncertified unqualified people to fix it over and over again and when you complain they kick you out with your kids and all at the end of the first lease
