I have been booking with GHM for two years now, and have never had any issue. Kandi with customer service is super helpful, and even helped me get out of some booking issues I had. The agents are amazing at finding you just what you are looking for, and not going over budget. If you have an upcoming convention you are attending, they are the people to help you get your housing in order!!
SCAM ALERT!A Global housing agent Andrea called me for booking my stay as we have a show coming up in Vegas. They might have got the number from the show directory. I was not sure about how many rooms I would need at that time as our show is in June and there is still time left for it. But she said that the rooms are getting sold out and the prices are going to increase and kept on following up regularly. She said i can book as many rooms I want to and would have to keep only 1 and cancel the rest rooms anytime I want to. So she gave me a pricing and I booked 3 rooms from them. Few days later there were few more companies that called me for the bookings and it seemed that the pricing that Andrea had given me was way expensive than what the others are offering. So I called them back and asked to talk to Andrea. The operator told me that she wouldn't know anything about this as she no more has any details of the rooms she booked and the changes are handled by other department where I would have to email to cancel my booking. So i emailed them that I would like to cancel 2 rooms and keep only 1. I received a call frrom Kandi Tripp(manger of customer support) , when I told her that I would like to cancel my 2 rooms and keep only 1 she said that there would be a 25% charge of the room cost to do that. When I said that your agent had told me that we can cancel it free of cost any time she countered me by saying that this is not our company policy. And she was arrogant too. She kept on defending the company policy and din't even try to talk to Andrea whether she had promised such a think or not. Finally I had to give up as I had already paid the deposit.I have never wrote a review but I haven't had a worse customer experience ever. I can understand fuckups but defending it was wrong she could have just apologized instead of being arrogant of the fuck up they made. I will never book again with them. They will promise you falls things just to get your bookings.Definitely a no no!!

Yes we may have an area that needs to be fixed. We still move and help anyone weather your behind in rent or have past eviction, we still let you in. We care about our tenants and the future ones as well.

Warning!!! Do not rent from Northcap (Chio-Morales Group). At the end of your lease, They will make up stories and keep your security deposit. Not only keeping your deposit, they will send you additional bill for all kinds of made up stuff. This is a very bad and terrible folks to rent from. Renters be aware.
Rented Souza10 with one of their property they manage and I will never do it again with this management company. They steal tenant's money and before you sign with their agreement, you better be sure not to expect your security deposit back because they will charge you for every single damage for normal wear and tear. In fact, they will even bill you more than your deposit even if you give the house the way you receive it. If you are a future TENANT and you want your security deposit back, do not rent from this company. Traci Elfman is their manager and she is the most ill-mannered and unprofessional human being. We recently moved out of one of their properties just to find out that they quietly and quite aggressively changed the language when we had renewed our lease 2 years back. The new lease terms now required a 60-day move out notice as opposed to the original 30 days. This cost us $1,300. I am concerned at how many other tenants will get caught up in this trap. I made the mistake of using DocuSign and not thoroughly reading it first so I have to take the initial blame. But I feel their actions were unethical, slimy and underhanded. My husband and I tried on 3 different occasions to give notice starting at 67 days out. Not even thinking we had to do it that early. We left the house immaculate in absolute pristine condition. The gentleman doing the walk through said, " I can not find one thing wrong". That made it hurt so much more to get burned in this manner.
