Had the worst experience with these people. I have a twenty year military back ground and have lived in many places. The whole staff including Kami were rude and unprofessional. I was lied to, and ignored until I threatened them with legal action. Even then they thought they could bluff me. I'll keep this simple and save the long story. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SNAKES.

Triumph Property Management was by far the most horrible experience I have endured in Las Vegas in the last 15 years being a property renter. They have a terrible slow response to any thing requiring maintenance of the home. Also, they do not have a 24 hour hotline in place to respond to maintenance emergencies. I went without AC twice for 2-4 days, because it landed on a weekend and a holiday weekend. I also had to experience going without a refrigerator for three weeks which is very ridiculous, and this played a hardship on my family. I had to go in person to meet with Kamyar Zargari demanding to meet with him to find a resolution to this on going problem. To make matters even worse after a three year tenancy Kamyar contacted me asking me to move out earlier then the expiration of my lease, and promising to prorate my rent for moving out earlier cause the owner wanted to move in ASAP. I moved out one week earlier, and he did not honor his word. Upon closing out this property I left the home in great status, but Triumph was trying to keep my full security deposit. That was a long cycle of emails and phone calls to rectify this issue, and to finally receive most of my deposit back. Triumph Property Management have horrible customer service and maintenance, and they are dishonest crooks running a business to prey on honest families. My advice to anyone that encounters this business is do not commit to renting one of there properties, and if you do make sure you save every email and document every conversation. Finally, I had to at least click 1 star to post my review, but they are not worth even one star.
This company is an absolute joke. At first, I was going to just leave a review for them on Yelp, but I want everyone to know how unprofessional and incompetent these people are because no one deserves to deal with the things I've had to deal with. When I signed the lease, I was told they are a one time management company. However, they give me a paper that says I can submit it if there's anything wrong with the property... Makes absolutely no sense. When you call to inquire about something, be prepared to hear "ONE TIME MANAGEMENT" being yelled back, saying they are unwilling to help you and that you need to go through the landlord. Oh, so the lock on my door, which has now been removed after I wrote my scathing review on Yelp, isn't Triumph's problem? Alright, gotcha. Tierra L. is absolutely the rudest person I've ever met and talked to. After writing my first review, the receptionist Shantal called me to "clarify some issues I had." I let her know that Tierra was unprofessional, unwilling to help me, and that overall my experience with the company was absolutely horrid. I also wanted to know when the lock would be removed from my door since she first told me it would take 2-3 days to remove it. She begins to say "Well this is a one time management company..." and "It takes 20-30 days to remove the lock." Professionalism does not exist in this company. Three days later, I receive another call from Tierra herself, saying "Thank you for the 'lovely' Yelp review" as well as saying she "kindly" explained the lease agreement to my boyfriend and I. I don't need sarcasm, and if you think you "kindly" explained the lease agreement, you need a reality check. Tierra did not greet me "kindly", nor did she "kindly" go over the lease agreement. I felt rushed, as did my boyfriend. She even said I was acting hostile in the voicemail she left me, requesting that I call her back so we can resolve the issues. I will never call her back. Do not do business with these people. Ever.
I would give a 0 star if I could. I will also be reporting their business practices to the BBB as well as any other place I can. I am going to make it my life work to expose dirtbags like these people. I was with them over 1 1/2 yrs at the same location. A real dive but I travel so much I just didnt have the time to move. They want to drag out time so you pay more months. All I say is look at all the real reviews on Yelp. They are all crap. They even put down the business was closed on the Yelp site because they were bombarded with bad reviews. Then you move out and they pick friends to paint walls and clean carpets. Charging over 1000 dollars to paint a few walls. Don't take my word for it. Just do a websearch and look at all the reviews from several sites. If you do business with these guys you will regret it
I have 2 properties in Las Vegas and this is the 4th years with Triumph Property Management. I always happy with their services. When I need something about my properties, they always answers my questions or email for me right away to let me know my concern. They are finding the good tenants and filling up the vacancies in the short time. Thank You very much and I am very satisfied highly recommended.Quyen Nguyen
DOES NOT PAY THEIR BILLS! We came and did a few jobs for Mr Adam Harris and never received payment - he now just ignores any form of contact. If they can not pay their own bills I would never trust this business to do work for me
Expect the WORST from Triumph! They rip off respectable people. A complete scam! They closed Yelp site on Buffalo stating "they moved" (untrue) to avoid reviews proving they're con artists! They use a "third party" contractor Meridian to provide a bid for repairs/cleaning that is exuberantly inflated, 3 times a reasonable price! They charge for each speck of dirt (which was not there until Realtors came in) AND charge you for issues that you noted prior to move in. Even with pictures of damage to blinds and walls (painted with the wrong color by the owner himself!) from BEFORE move-in, they tried to charge over $1550 dollars for "cleaning/painting/landscaping". We spent two days cleaning but they stated we left the property "filthy". Don't rent from them! Staff is unprofessional, rude and condescending. IF you do, note EACH/EVERY tiny scratch, missing lightbulb, imperfection, weed in the yard or anything broke on THEIR move-in form! Test out EVERYTHING! Take pre/post video, then prepare 4 a fight to get even a penny of your deposit back!
Bend over and expect the WORST if you rent from this company! They rip off good respectable people, a complete scam. They closed the other Yelp site on Buffalo Drive (saying they have moved, which is not true) to avoid all the truthful reviews about how they continue to squeeze every penny out of you. Upon move out, they use a "third party" contractor Meridian to inspect the home. Meridian provides a bid for repairs and cleaning that is inflated, charging you three times what a reasonable price for service would be. They charge you for every speck of dirt (which was not there when we left, thanks to Realtors coming and going), and charge you for issues that you noted prior to move in. Nevada revised statute states that charges shud be "reasonable" but they are not. Even with pictures of the walls (painted with the wrong touch up paint by the owner himself) from BEFORE we moved in, they wanted over $900 dollars to repaint the entire home. We spent two days cleaning the house and they still charged us over $200 for cleaning fees, saying that we left the property "filthy". They tried to charge us almost $1600 dollars at move out. Do not fall for their tricks! Receptionists are unprofessional, rude and condescending, and don't expect them to ever return your calls in a timely manner. IF you move into one of their properties, make sure to note on THEIR form each and EVERY tiny little scratch or imperfection on baseboards, EVERY pinhole in the wall, and anything broken (blinds, light bulbs, smoke alarms) and take a video and pictures of everything in the home for proof. Then be prepared for a fight to get any of your deposit back, or call their bluff and take them to court!
I want to start off by saying that the house and actual owner of the property are both very nice. As far as the property management company that manages the home called Triumph: nothing but hassles, excuses and poor business ethics. We were left without heat for three full days without any response from the company as to when it will be fixed, how it will be fixed or by whom. A string of phone calls that go to answering services that never are returned and then emails and messages to the company that also follow suit. Everything seems to be fine with this company until you have an issue and then its all down hill in trying to get anything fixed. If you look at the online ratings on the internet you will see that we are far from the only ones having major problems. I consider this an Emergency situation but I guess that would be if our house were on fire and then we would just call the professionals. Don't waste your time with this company unless you are handy enough to fix everything in your house.
Be careful when putting down a security deposit with this company they won't give it back!!! Even if you have prof that ever thing they are trying to get you for was in your initial walk through. I went there today to see what was going on Karla the front desk lady was extremely rude she didn't even want to look at the video or pictures that I had from my walk through. So now I am having to go to small claims court to get my security deposit back. Don't let them take advantage of you. They are taking advantage of Veterans.
