Kingsway Apartments

This is a good starter apartment for somebody. I have lived here about six months and am moving out tomorrow. Rent is cheap and all you have t pay for is power. The management and maintenance team are very nice and helpful. However, it is in a very bad area where you don't wanna be at night. The biggest issue is the bug problem. We bombed, sprayed and even tried bug wax and nothing could get rid of the roaches. Take that into consideration when moving here. Overall, I wouldn't take back my experience, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it.

with these apartments you definitely get what you pay for, which is cheap everything. Yeah the rent is a good price. The apartments are small, all ground floor. Lots of homeless people around. Cops get called here all the time. The worst of all is the management. They don't do any maintenance work and if you complain about noisy neighbors, they also do nothing about that. We've been here for almost 6 months and every time we ask the management to do something, nothing has happened. So I would not suggest these apartments.
