I went in on a Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock to have my hair cut and colored. I was told that I would need to come back the next day because they didn't have time to do it. There were only two people waiting at the time I came in and they didn't close until 8 o'clock. If you are going to say walk ins welcome or no appointment necessary, then you should probably have enough stylist on hand to meet your demand.
