I was in the market for a used car. I had looked everywhere!!! My wife actually found a vehicle @ this dealership as I was very tired of looking. I had been looking to replace by 2005 Saturn Vue due to it being totaled in an accident. I actually emailed to inquire about a 2005 Chevy Equinox that was very nicely priced and looked great. I received an email back from Moe within minutes. I also received a call back from Paul and another email back from Mark. I was impressed. I was able to print out the car fax and let Paul know I would be in Saturday morning to check out the car. My father in law and I arrived around 9:30 and were greeted promptly by Moe. Paul was pulling the car right around. I had forgotten my wallet so my wife sent a text to Paul of my DL and insurance card. We then took the car to Firestone to have it checked out...a few minor problems...just regular maintenance issues that I can take care of. We talked about price and settled on a fair price and we were gone. Paul and the staff are even provided me with a brand new battery as the one in the car was kind of week. Great car though!!! I advised I would be back on Monday as they requested to get the new battery installed. Great Staff!!! I did not tell them but my father in law is looking to come back to get one of the Hyundai Sonatas that are in their warehouse...another plus as all of their cars are kept inside. You never know....I may be back for another one too....thanks so much Moe, Paul, and Mark for the great service and professionalism!!!! Keep up the great work!!!! A very satisfied customer...Kyle
Both my experience in January purchasing my Odyssey and our experience purchasing my husband's Civic SI were very pleasant ones. Adam Rutledge was extremely helpful and accommodating when I got my van and so I wanted to return to your dealership when my husband needed a new car and have Adam assist us once again. We were very pleased with the whole test drive and purchasing procedure. Adam was outstanding and everyone else was very efficient getting us thru the paperwork. I have so far also had a very good experience with your service department. Thus I travel down to you for service all the way from Richardson even though there is a dealership 2 miles from my house. A funny anecdote to my husband picking up his new car: our 11 yr old grandson was in town and went with him. Henry took one look at it and said "Pop, you're too old to be driving this car but I want it when I get my driver's license. When he told his Dad about the car that evening he was told he would get his Dad's old car and HE wanted the Civic. I had hands free device for my cell phone installed in the van…Danny was very helpful as was Kevin, even coming to my house to help with a problem I was having with it. Unfortunately, I'm still having problems but I am on vacation for 6 wks and both Danny and Kevin have called and said they will resolve the issue when I return the end of September.
My son and I attended the Winter 2005 boat show. We went to learn about PWCs and what model might best fit our needs. Although we had ridden several rented and friends' models, we wanted to make a wise purchase for our needs. We visited several vendors at the show that had the model we decided on and purchased it from Cory at Motion CycleSports. The other vendors either didn't know what they were talking about or sat their lazy butts in their chairs moaning about how long the boat show day was. Then we can across a class act: Cory. He answered all our questions and, trust me, we had a lot. We really had to decide between several manufacturers' pros and cons (styling, etc.) and we decided to go with a leader: Sea-Doo. Now we needed to decide on the model and Cory continued to provide unbiased answers that best fit our interests. We were not even worried about the price because Motion/Cory had no hidden agenda. Cory, with the backing of a great "working owner" Steve, was committed to getting us the best product at the best price. With no pressure to buy now from Cory and all the help he provided, I had to tell him thanks and let all the information soak in. It's certainly not a small purchase for me. Plus, I'm a guy that wants to sleep on things.
What do you do when you walk out to your car in the parking lot only to find a note on the winshield "sorry I bumped your car". Your on your way to a doctor appointment and the body damage is not bad, so you proceed to drive the car only to find out the wheel is bent and the steering wheel wants to turn to the left all by itself. You call your husband. Bad idea. All you get is a lecture about parking in a safer place. You need a place to tow your car, you look in the yellow pages! That is where I met Butch in the service department. He gave me more information about how the insurance claim thing works than I got from the insurance company. He also went the extra step and told me he would arrange a rent car upon my arrival. Even though the tow truck driver had mechanical problems and could not get my car off and their were no cars available at the rental car place, he helped me work this out. Any business that has employees such as this, is five star in my book. Now just be glad I am not rating the other parties insurance company. I did not look them up in the yellow pages, I called directory assistance! Thank you for your time. Edna Ealy
I have had nothing but five-star service from everyone up at Motion. They have continued helping me from when I first walked through the door. I have been buying bikes from Motion for years and Steve has been the best. Steve is the man who makes everything happen. He loves racing and knows what people want. Wow, their parts department and service department are over the top. I want to say thanks to Chad, Brad, and especially Dwayne and Jack Yost for helping me keep my bike together by doing whatever it takes to make sure my parts are there on time. Sprint and Jeremy have put in many hours helping me work on bikes and giving me advice on the phone. These guys really know their stufftry them! From buying my bike to keeping it running, the team up at Motion is top notch. They have been sponsoring me for years and without them I could not be racing the way I am now. I would refer anyone to them. I have raced TCCRA for five years now, and would recommend all TCCRA riders to visit their shop. Thanks for providing such a great dealership
I was in a car accident and needed to have my car fixed. I called several dealers (Honda) and after speaking with them decided to go with Rusty Wallis body shop (collision center). Abraham Medrano is the one that helped me and he was wonderful. My husband and I had a lot of questions and he answered them all to our satisfaction and made us feel at ease. He took care of everything. He talked with our insurance adjuster for things that came up and got the car back to us on time. He called us when it was ready. He was very courteous and showed us everything that was fixed when we picked up the car. It was a very scary and hectic time and it was nice to have someone trustworthy to take care of our car. The person that answered the phones was also courteous. Whenever I called to speak with Abraham, he was available and replied to any e-mails I sent promptly. I have never left reviews before but I felt this experience should be shared and may help someone who has been in an accident and needs their car fixed.
I came to US only for 8 months and was looking for the cheap but decent car so that I can sell it back in good price. I found the Apnaauto selling cars in very attractive price. Jahangir has all types of cars in very clean condition without accidental/salvage problem. You can find the carfax for all cars free of cost at his website Apnaauto.net. I purchased Toyota camry 2005 4 weeks ago in very attractive price. The best part was he handed over the car only on 2500$ cash and rest of the amount by check. Jahangir also helped me to get the car insurance right away from his computer so that I can drive back Plano safely. He is really very helpful guy. So far, the car driving experience has been very good and no complains. The only problem I found was the car has very little puncher on the sidewall of tyre and I could not get it fixed from anywhere. To his kindness he agreed to get it fix or replace the tyre. Good morning! I was coming out of the cleaners this morning with another lady and she inquired if I like my CRV as she really liked the looks but didn't know anyone who had one. I gave my "sales pitch" about John Eagle Honda and told her that if she visited to ask for Doc Watson (told her all she really had to remember was "Doc" like "What's up Doc?") Told her about your wonderful personality, no pressure approach, and of course I had to tell her that I thought so much of you I named my CRV "Doc". I asked for her name and she just said Jeanie & I told her I would let you know she might be coming in (not sure when). She is driving a white Nissan Highlander. So I hope if she comes in, she'll remember to ask for you! I couldn't help but tell her the "horror story" of our visit to (boo, hiss) Rusty Wallis and she said she would be sure NOT to go there! Buying a car from John Hargis was the best car-buying experience I've ever had! During the whole process, he never pressured me; instead, he was always concerned about what I wanted, and he was very efficient at making the process run smoothly and quickly. I've experienced car salesmen who were “nice” but I could always feel that it was just to sell a car. John seems to be a genuinely kind person who truly wants what's best for his customers. When I picked up the car, he stayed late helping me to understand how everything worked in the vehicle. Brian Mullican was also extremely understanding and very professional. The finance manager, Adam Hamghalam, had all the paperwork ready to go and was very congenial, making the process very pleasant. Overall, I was very impressed with the staff at Rusty Wallis Honda and am very delighted with my purchase. They made me a very happy lady! Thanks so much to you all!!!!!!!!
I have had no problems with the 2007 Volvo we purchased from George. It's a beautiful car. George was very upfront that the car was salvaged. I prefer salvaged cars because they're so much cheaper. He did a good job repairing the damage to the car and we're driving the nicest car we've ever owned and paid about $2,500 below blue book! Not to mention he let us put a down payment down, and pay the rest interest free! Every time I go in to make a payment we always have pleasant exchanges about our families and life. I don't know about the other reviews on here, but George has some good cars. With any used car, you should inspect it thoroughly for issues. I looked at ours very close and we had no issues other than needing to recharge the freon once it got cold outside. I fixed this myself for $25. I recommend AAMO Auto for folks looking to find a nice car on a budget.
