Mobile Rv Repair

Scheduled over 7 appointments and Carl not only did NOT show up for any of them, nobody ever called to tell me he wasn't going to show! Totally unreliable! I had police knocking at my door telling me I needed to move my RV and I told Carl's wife that on numerous occasions when I scheduled appointments. Now I'm having a co-worker fix my RV. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

No hot water. Came. Said switch/cord were bad. Still no hot water. Went back out. Said it was getting hot "out there". LEFT without checking again standing in my camper door said "we should be good" as it normally would take a sec to get warm inside. IF it wasn't, he'd come back ..: 4 hrs later .. No hot water. Called. Said he would come back. 7 pm husband called, he just happens to be home already. Didn't even call to say wouldn't make it back. Wife told husband he'd be out first thing in a.m. Fast forward to 9 am nxt morning, still no Carl (should have known) called wife said he was asleep had a stroke last yr & needed rest. (Irrelevant to job) side-note: Carl smokes a lot of cigarettes to have had a stroke last yr. bottom line: Carl didn't finish the job that we paid for & he has a wife that supports his dirt. They never showed up to 2 appointments. They will lie to you and reschedule over and over. I wasted 2 days by taking off work just to have them not show up. Please do not waste your time. Check their reviews on google as well. Same thing!
