Penrose Mountain Primary Care

I visited the clinic on Sunday morning for pain and insomnia symptoms from sciatica. The staff was professional and facility clean and orderly. I feel fortunate to have worked with Dr. Rob F. He was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate about the sciatica symptoms I was experiencing. I was prescribed a muscle relaxer and anti-inflammatory medication. The medications were very well explained to me and the doctor offered to answer more questions by phone if I needed. The appointment went quickly and smoothly and my prescriptions were turned in to my pharmacy so I was able to pick them up immediately and get back home. As for waiting time it's a hit and miss I'm sure because of walk-in service. I was lucky not to have to wait to get in today. Thanks to all.

My experience was wonderful, especially since I have feeling so sad! I got right in to see a very caring nurse, followed by Dr. Berliner, MD! Both we caring professionals who were very thorough and helpful. The facility was very clean and the billing went very smoothly. Not that I hope to have the occasion to go to Urgent Care anytime soon, if I need to, or someone in the family needed care, I would go there. :)

Rude, unprofessional staff. I was greeted by a glaring, nurse who set the tone, and ignored my infant son who was extremely sick! First thing she says is Are you being hostile, refused to let me explain, tells me I should have gone to the er, and after all that insanity I told her do not touch my kid and we are leaving. She THEN tells me shes calling the cops! For what!? Because i complained? Because she greeted me with glares and a neg question and IGNORED my son!? Im a mother with a sick child who was being ignored! Horrible place, horrible staff, and NEVER again. How disrespectful.
