Coastal Glass and Hardware Inc

We are currently building a house and our builder contacted this firm about putting the closet shelves in our closets and the house next to us which he is also building. After never getting a return call from one of their employees our builder discussed the situation with another of their employees. He said that he did want the business and we scheduled an appointment on Monday morning at 7:30 to go over the needs for both homes. We go to the houses to meet with the Coastal Glass person in a driving rain storm and he never shows or calls. He has since emailed our contractor and said that his boss told him that they were not interested in the jobs. Would it have been to much to ask that they call our builder and let him know they would not be there? Instead they just do not even show up. I wonder how a business that conducts itself this way can even survive. I give them one star simply because that is as low as they go.
