Stringer Blacktop Sealcoating

Very happy with the finished product. Would definitely recommend and use again. Isaac was my sealcoater, he arrived and answered all my questions prior to starting the job. He was very diligent and careful to ensure the seal coating didn’t spill over onto our brickwork.

I have been in property management and real estate for the last 5yrs. My condo association chose Stringer for our parking lot needs. We needed it sealcoated and striped. They came on Saturday and sealcoated the parking lot. I was out of town and was watching on my outdoor Nest camera and noticed they did NOT crack fill the parking lot AND were using a very cheap sealcoating product. I contacted them on Monday and informed them that their crew did not follow the contract we agreed upon and did not fill the cracks. The manager (Ken) said they would remedy the situation. They were supposed to come out on the following Monday and never showed up. I had to again call and follow up. On Tuesday they showed up. Guess what? They "crack filled" the lot but it had alresdy been sealcoated (this should have been done before seal coating). They then proceeded to line the parking lot with our preexisting parking spaces. The yellow lines now look as though a small child was finger painting. They're uneven not straight, and look ridiculous. Lastly, before servicing the lot they did not sweep and prep it properly. Thus, the lot has uneven coloring and you can tell the seal coating layer was put on top of debris. Overall, I received atrocious customer service from this company and they have shown absolutely no care. Guess what? They still expect full payment...avoid at all costs.

Stringer did a good job sealcoating our driveway at a very competitive price.

There was a minor complaint of cracks not totally filled in - which they did an excellent job of following up on. I was very happy with their follow-up and would highly recommend them.
