Douglas Knoll Main Office

I have lived in Douglas Knolls for five years and it sucks the first year was so pleasant Ms. Graham (Beam) was so courteous i belive that was so i could sign a new lease Ms Wilson (Antonette) is shady Renee never gives the message to the approiate staff. Maintenance sucks they never repair anything in the apartments the building doors do not lock as they state in the advertisement the laundry rooms do not lock they ared used for the people on the other side (Village Of Parkland) to get High never any where to park mice and roaches own the apartments the exterminator is terrible I would not reccomeend any one to move in I want out If they had the right staff the apartments would be beautiful

I LIVED AT STANTON PARK APTS AND THEY ARE RAN BY THE SAME MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK IN THE OFFICE ARE VERY RULED PEOPLE AND THE MAINTENCE MEN ARE VERY LAZY AND DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY SLEEP WITH ALL THE WOMEN ON THERE PROPERTYS

AND THE MANAGERS KNOW ABOUT IT AND THEY DO NOTHING ON THE PROPERTY ARE DRUG DEALERS, WHORES, AND CRAZY PEOPLE WHO TAKE MEDICATION,THIS COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!
