Adventure Car & Van Rental

My family rented and RV from this place and was VERY disappointed. Things kept breaking in the RV. The table which collapsed numerous times, ended up busting my sons lip open. We had pointed out the shakey table to one of the attendants, and she shrugged it off. Nobody explained about the circuit breakers in full detail, so we lost power to the air conditioner and ended up in a hotel for a night. Misc. parts would randomly fly off, and barely miss people sleeping. Dan, the one in charge, kept telling us at drop off, that he didn't know what WE had done to it. Even though we had pointed out the problems before we left. He told us that he knew we were going to try and get out of paying. Which was not the case at all. The point was that we had 3 children under the age of 5 on the RV, and it was extremely unsafe. He tookno credit for it, and persisted that we were the type of people that would try and get out of paying. Would we really have planned a 6 day vacation if we couldn't afford it. Dan was the type of business man that says this to everybody to get out of being respaonsible for these issues. When I rent a RV again...it wil not be from these people.They do not take care of the vehicles and they are unsafe.
