Best Customer Service and Best Price

Run, Run, Run. Deceitful billing practices summarize this company. I was completely blindsided by the invoice that was just over DOUBLE what he originally quoted me. When we talked on the phone he said that there fee structure was $129 FLAT FEE regardless of how long it takes to fix the problem. During the first phone conversation, Matt who is the owner, agreed to match the price quote I had gotten from another competitor for a FLAT FEE of $99. However, when I got the invoice before the work was complete he had erroneously charged me $149, which included $129 (not the $99) and a $20 travel fee that had never been previously discussed or disclosed. When I contacted him to discuss the discrepancy in the billing he claimed that he 'forgot' about the agreement to price match and must have 'forgot' to mention the travel fee as well. I was willing to acquiesce that he really had forgotten to mention the travel fee if he was still willing to honor the original price match quote. The work that was discussed was done, and afterwards I received a bill...not for the $119 agreed upon (which included the travel fee) but for $204!!!! He actually listed the "flat fee" of $99, $20 travel charge and....get this....then charged me a separate "on-site technical support" fee for $85.00. I called him immediately about this, and he had enough nerve to say that because it took more than 1 hour (it took 2 hrs) they charged me the tech support fee. I told him that that is not what a FLAT FEE is, and that he should have let me know that. He also said that they did 'additional work' not previously discussed. This is 100% absolutely FALSE. Everything that was done had been mentioned in our verbal conversation that occurred not even 1 hr before his tech, Sean, came to do the work. I told him that if anything that was done was not covered by the flat fee that I should have been made aware of that BEFORE the work was done...not after. That's akin to a car repair shop fixing your car and charging you for the 'extra' work they did without even telling you about it beforehand, telling you how much it would cost, or asking whether or not you want to proceed. WARNING...Do this company to do work for you!!! Deceitful, Deceitful, Deceitful billing practices is all I can say! If you do decide to do business with this company be sure to get EVERYTHING in writing...& you still may not end up paying what you thought you agreed to.

1. We do NOT produce our reviews. Those companies that this customer mentioned we paid to advertise with - added those reviews themselves and also for some reason duplicated our name. We also complained about this error, that they said they would correct, but have not yet at this point. Our 38+ Google Reviews speaks volumes about our companies integrity. These Google reviews are all genuine from our very own customers themselves. To post any reviews ourselves would be pointless. 2. All customers are sent via email (or if they walk into our office are given one) an estimate that they agree "verbally" or "sign" BEFORE we do any work. This customers comment about being charged for an additional 1-hour at $85; was charged because they had our Tech do an additional 1-hour task that was NOT agreed to per their original estimate. Therefore, (on the contrary) we feel this customer "Shaunda J" was trying to take advantage of us by getting a FREE 1-hour worth of our support. They had our Tech do this separate task (while he was on-site) without even asking or consulting with us. So it is quite simple, a new additional 1-hour was assessed "per the customer", so we charge an additional 1-hour. Lastly, before our Tech left, the customer SIGNED and AGREED on our on-site Work Order, as well as paid us 100% for the job. We are very surprised at this negative comment because they even said verbally that they were 100% happy with our Tech and his work. We even gave this customer a $30 DISCOUNT from our normal networking\security rate of $129 to $99. In closing, if we had any "deceitful billing practices", we would still not be in business - which we have been "successfully" since 1997.
