From my first phone call and contact with the front office I was treated with respect and kindness. “Dr. David” was amazingly patient and thorough during my exam and testing. He answered my questions and concerns with sensitivity and insight I very much appreciated. I had seen and researched numerous audiologist before I found Advanced Audiology. I saw there website first. It was very informative and answered a lot of my questions.When I called to ask a few more questions I was very impressed. I set up an appointment with Nola. She is great, very up to date on the latest technology regrading hearing aids. I was very fortunate that my insurance covered 80% of the cost for hearing aids. Nola worked it out so that I had no out of pocket expense. I ,couldn't believe it. They offer even more after I received my hearing aids.
