I have been going to get my manicures and pedicures from here for almost 3 years. The service is amazing and they always have all the newest products and colors. Tammy is my girl and she is amazing. She recently introduced me to the Deluxe Pedicure. It is super relaxing and it is just one massage after another. My feet are very happy during the time we are there! It is such a relaxing treatment. As for my nails, they always look perfect
The inside of this place is beautiful. It is very clean and professional. The staff is outstanding. This was my first time going today and the person that did my nails did a great job and offer very many different pedicure to help suite my needs. I think I've finally found a shop I can go to regularly. They take appointments and walk ins. There may be a little wait but its all worth it, because you can tell they are doing an awesome job.
The men in this Be Nails shop Are rude and temperamental! They won’t do your nails as asked! They charge you extra for a different shape of nails !They don’t have anyone that do designs! Ask for Tina or Anna! Otherwise go somewhere else!
I went in for a shellac polish change. I had Ken as my nail tech. He was clearly in a race to get my nails finished in record time. He used the cuticle scissors and cut into my skin on the sides of my nails FOUR times. I said “OW” each time and thought he might be more gentle. He either didn’t hear me (which I highly doubt) or didn’t care. He just kept working. I have three open wounds that have dried blood in them. I have to use Neosporin for relief. He was very aggressive in all aspects. At the end, he dug his nails into the sides of my nail bed to file and then cut into the skin on a couple of my nails. This was the worst and most painful experience I have ever had. I will not be back.
I was blocked by the Salons nail tech Lebra for posting a picture of my manicure from another salon on Instagram after trying to remedy an issue that was fairly simple by means of communication.... Professionalism should always be carried across the board, in spite of where a client chooses to have their services done.... I thought I wouldn’t put this out publicly, until I saw that I went against my better judgement with Lebra, and to inform the owner on the type of person that represents her salon....I text messaged Lebra on Saturday 5/12/18 to inform that my skin was peeling around my heels and sides of my foot just a week and a half after having my pedicure; and if she had used any new or different products on my feet???? She asked me to send her a picture... I informed that I had already soaked and oiled my own feet essentially, and there wasn’t a picture to send to her.... Roughly less than a week later , Lebra saw my posted picture of manicure and pedicure services with another salon and blocked me on IG..... I’m sorry, but as a person that expects my services 100% a relaxing yet a professional experience, she turned out to be opposite of the person that I entrusted on my hands and my feet the past few months... I will never go against my better judgement again!!!!
They didn't open the doors until 11:15 am even though the outside of the store adversies 11:00 am on Sundays. The owners excuse was "They're Asian and can do what they want." I sign in and am told to sit down and I tell the owner color 61. He comes back with 60 stating that he didn't hear me. I said ok I would like 61. He says "pick a few colors so I don't have to keep going back there." Confused I ask if they don't have the color? He haphazardly throws the color choice wheel my way and says "I don't know but pick a few, I'm not going to go back and forth." I stated "I would like 61 or 62." At this point several customers in the shop have chimed in in regard to the poor customer service. He looks at me and says "get up, I don't have to do your nails," I was taken back and asked "all because you don't want to get my color? This is crazy!" He says he doesn't want to argue this morning gets up and walks away. I then left along with other customers. I've been going to this facility for many years and the quality of this shop has decreased dramatically. Peeling shellac, lifting nails, manicures/pedis that don't last a week, exceedingly long wait times and now a disrespectful "owner." I will never return.
Why can't you give 0 stars! I went in for a pedicure and came out with a bloody gash on my heel! Awful service, I had to ask 5 times for a bandage even though I was bleeding all over the towels after "Lilly" grated my heel like cheese! I wish I had to post the pic! Never again!
I got my nails done for a vacation in which the shellac did not last even a week and once the nails started to lift there was a fungus spot on my nail. To pay almost $70 for a full set that did not last and to have a fungus on my nail was very disappointing.
Save your money and go elsewhere. I tried this place out as it is new and looked to be nice. I went in to get an acrylic fill and am very, very disappointed. In fact, this may have been the worst fill I have ever had in the 12 years I have had acrylics. The owner was very nice, however, there was acrylic that went over and onto my skin of my fingers and there was paint left all over my fingers as well! After my appointment I drove right to the store to buy nailpolish remover and color and ended up filing, shaping, and painting them myself the same night. I do not recommend this place! Also, it was slightly awkward because the owner now has my name, phone number, and picture saved on her cell phone...
Very rude. I didn't like the polish color on my nail and the gentleman got an attitude and they started speaking in their language. Just poor service. Not worth my hard earned money.
