I had a nice buying experience with Jonathan and David. I ordered running boards and tonneau cover to be installed later. Parts finally came in so made an appointment a month and a half after my purchase. It seems decent customer service stops after the sale is made. With no respect for other peoples time.Jen said the earlier the better so i got there at 8am only to find out it will take 8hrs. Now to me that seems like an excessive amount of time to install 2 items. So 3 hours later i ask Jen if there is and ETA? She rudely replied "end of the day". So here it is 4hrs later and here i sit waiting and wasting the day away.Manny the service manager stopped buy at 1:30pm to say the parts are now being installed. Now why the hell did Jen Otzen tell me to be here at 8am and why can't they schedule 4hr windows. I could have gotten quite a few things done in the 5hrs I've been sitting here. I guess that was supposed to make me feel good, well it only pissed me off more.Finally about 4:20 or so Jen tells me the job is done so I see the cashier step outside and wait and wait and wait, 15 min later a woman walks up and says we are going to wash your truck now. Lets just say that is when I lost it, I won't repeat what I said but it wasn't nice.Avoid this service dept like the plague...
bought my taho here and take it to get serviced here all the time. just the best set of guys you can ever meet. there sales dept is top notch. when i did have a issue mike gade stepped up and fixed it asap.
DON'T GO HERE!! Yikes this place is terrible. Negatives.Overcharging, bad communication, Miss Identified the Problem, Untrustworthy: told me things needed to be changed when they did not, UNSAFE: (left my car unlocked for 5 days. Didn't notice my car was gone till 3 days after I took it in the middle of their work hours.) PositivesFriendly staff, easy to get to.You threatened a Mechanics Lien through the sheriff's dept to make me pay the 105 dollar Diagnostic fee.I went to this place because their 21 5 Star reviews on google. No negative reviews. When I came back to pick up my car it was left overnight unlocked. Not only that, but they told me it was going to be $2,000 to fix my car. They said my timing belt was bad, my tires were bad, my starter was bad comma and that I needed a new windshield wipers. Which are $24 which is an outrageous price by the way. They told me it was going to be $932 to fix my timing belt. Which was making a horrible clicking noise in my engine. So I personally bought the timing belt kit and ticket to a different mechanic. And they only charged me $300 to put it in. I got the part for $180 at AutoZone across the street. After all of that and the other mechanic putting in the timing belt. It turns out the only thing, that was going bad in my car we're my lifters in my engine. IT WASNT THE TIMING BELT! Which is an easy fix done by an oil change and engine cleaner look it up on YouTube.So not only did they miss diagnose my car, keep my doors unlocked, but they also horribly over charged. They lied to me about things wrong with my car that needed to be fixed.They told me I couldn't drive my car and that it needed to be fixed otherwise my timing belt would destroy my engine. Magic auto is misleading and fraudulent overcharging their customers. They had Terrible service.
I purchased my C300 at this dealer , and have always serviced it at this dealer and was very happy until recently or so I thought My car needed some repairs they stated new spark plugs, Complete Guide Pulleys two, Belt tightener V Ribbed belt. I was preparing to do the work, and decided to check prices elsewhere at another Mercedes Benz dealer. I was horrified to find that for every part on their estimate I was being overcharged $15.00-$25.00 per part more. I called and left several messages for Tom Squire the service manager, and Tim Engle the parts manager never returned my call. So they have just lost a service customer, and a new Car purchase for ever. What different treatment I received from Jason at the other dealership, also for anyone interested this Valencia dealer is owned by Sage. My suggestion and my recommendations based on my personal experiences is call Jason at Calabasis Mercedez Benz for service. Not only that they have a fabulous inventory for New Cars.

Do not go here. Trust me. They tried to pull numerous scams on me. I looked at the BB website before I went in, I felt prepared. However, I didn't expect a large dealership to have such poor ethics. They were going to fix the cracked windshield, fill in a large paint chip. When my mechanic looked at the car he he found a leak. Repair for the dealership would be max $200.00 for the windsheild, $500 for motor leak. Our cost would be much higher. Suddenly the car was no longer under warranty. They made a mistake by putting on the warranty sticker. In the contract it says it comes with 6 month warranty. Suddenly they have to make a new contract. This is only one if the times they tried to scam me. Then they say they want to help make it a better experience when I left a bad review on Google. $100.00 says they will just apologize, and do nothing to make it right. Who wants their customer to leave their dealership with an unsafe car? Autonation Chevy valencia does.
I spent months looking for the right car and finally did at autonation Valencia chevrolet. I came in to see it...sat down with RODIN and talked about payment plans...RODIN had the vehicle sent back for PDI to get fully checked before the purchase...then made an appt for that night at 7pm (just a few hours away) to buy the vehicle with my husband Joe. Over those few hours, Joe had been in contact with RODIN and was told we will be dealing with a kid named DANNY when we came in. I called at 6:55pm to inform DANNY that we were on our way. He said "great, see you soon". As we were turning into the lot at 7pm, we got a call from DANNY saying "I just wanted to let you know the vehicle has just sold. I storm inside and he greets me with a smug smile asking how I am. Visibly angry I answered him and asked why he didn't think to tell me there was other buyers 5 minutes ago when I spoke with him. He said "well yuh know, first come first serve". He said this line about 4 more times after every time I asked a question. I then saw RODIN walking into the office behind me and when I asked him "are you serious? You had an appt with me to buy that car right now." he just stuttered his words and hid behind his office walls. Another salesman walked up and said "I understand you're angry but there's nothing we can do". RiiiightI never received an apology. Never was offered to try and find another car. Nothing. I understand they have a first come first serve dealership but they could have called me to say there were other buyers interested and let me try and buy first since I was the first one there for it, or at the very least let me know when I had called 5 minutes prior that people were there and paperwork was being printed for them! When I asked for the salemans last name he answered "why do you need to know. That won't change anything". The manager never came out to introduce himself either so apparently the place was just being run by these fools for the night. RODIN and DANNY at the Valencia Chevrolet lot are complete and total morons and DO NOT know how to execute a proper business deal. They have not only lost mine and Joes business but all of our friends and family as well. We had a friend with us at the time that was going to buy a 2016 tahoe LTZ with us that night but he and his wife have decided to go elsewhere after seeing how we were treated. It would be wise for you all to do the same

They have the worst service department I have ever been to don't bother making a appointment. They are rude and just don't care. I have bought 6 cars from here and today was the final straw. I will be going further to a better dealer ship from now on.
