        Fast and very accommodating service department. They have coffee, work areas, snacks, etc and they provide Audi loaners. However after my last visit, there was a new and very prominent ding on my right-rear quarter panel. No way to know for sure where it came from, and of course they had no idea. A ding? What's that? But let's be real. Everyone knows where it came from.

        I usually get special offers from downtown L.A. Audi for service, wanted to come and get serviced ay Keyes Audi in the valley, they wouldn't honor their special offer. Service advisor Gisselle was rude and didn't seem to care wheather I brought my car to them or not. She didn't even try. Very poor customer service skills.
