When I needed an elevator to make my life easier I was pleasantly suprised with this company. Their sales people are friendly and well educated on the products they sell. The main installer is also their regional manager and is very honest and straight forward with you. He'll tell you he's an installer and not a salesman and is here to sell you what you need not make a lot of money off of his clients by selling them something they don't need. Their pricing was reasonable for the product they were selling. They were there from the time we dug out the pit till the elevator was running and have been back a couple times to fine tune the equipment, just because they were in the area. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of equipment.
