        I am a 58 year old woman buying my first car. Aubrey Keith was so wonderful and patient with me. This young lady went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase.         Cameron got right to work as soon as I pulled in, was courteous, explained the process and was prompt on calling us about his assessment. He was prompt on telling us when the car was ready. He displayed crispness in his process overall.

        As I was driving on Capital Circle, I had a sudden failure of the engine for my xc 60. I limped to Volvo and was happy to see Cameron who took immediate charge of things and took care of getting the problem resolved in short order, even though my arrival was unscheduled. The warning light for the problem indicate a transmission problem, Cameron eased my worries right away by explaining that the problem probably did not involve the transmission, and it turned out to be a sensor. He also completed the installation of an sop hatch support which was scheduled for the next week, which saved me another visit to Volvo the next week. Couldn't be better service.
