Went in to look at the Nissan vehicles. Pretty much had made up my mind on a Ford Flex or Toyota. Branden was my salesman and he took his time to go over each vehicle I might have an interest in. Last vehicle I looked at was the 2012 Quest. I actually like it but thought I would never get a good price on both vehicles I was trading in. For some reason, over the last 12 years I have never bought a vehicle in Tallahassee. The deals were always better out of state. Anyway, Kraft gave me a great price on the new vehicle and $3,000 more than any other dealer on the trade-ins I had. I really wanted the Flex but the additional money for the Flex wasn't worth it. I took the Quest and I absolutely love this vehicle. I have owned 6 different Nissans in the past and if this vehicle is as reliable as the other ones I have owned, I will be totally satisfied.My only question is their service department.At this point I am just not sure about it. Already had one problem with the installation of an option. I ended up speaking to Chris Kraft and bingo the problem was resolved. He also gave me a free loaner while they fixed the vehicle. I just hate going into talk to Mr. Kraft over every little problem.So far I am very happy with the dealership and Brendan the salesman and I would buy another Nissan from Kraft.

I new I wanted either the rogue or the honda crv but as this was my first trip to the nissan store i just wanted some info so I could compare the two.Thats when i met one of the best salesman I have ever came across ,his name is Harry Lee.Harry was not pushy and he showed a genuine interest in helping me. I recently purchased a vehicle from Kraft Nissan and it was a great experience. My sales person Al "Bun" Napier was professional and knowledgeable. When it came down to the vehicle we wanted the negotiations process was smooth as Rusty was nice and polite as well as the Finance guy Erik. Me and my wife have been with a car payment for a long time and really glad that Kraft Nissan could help us out along with a professional sales staff.
I was referred to Al Napier at Kraft Nissan by a customer of his. I was thankful that she told me to go see him cause he help me save money by getting out of my pathfinder and I thought I was getting a 2012 model Nissan Altima but he got me into a 2013 Altima and lowered my payments. The finance department was great and love my warranty. If you at Kraft as for Al and make sure Finance guy Joe does the paperwork he is great.
Kraft Nissan ended up being a great place to buy a car. I was referred to Kraft by my best friend who had previously purchased a car from Al Napier. When I arrived he was able to assist me in finding the best car that fit my needs at that time. He was also able to help me get a great deal. I would recommend Kraft to anyone and they should go speak with Mr. Napier about finding a car that works for them.

A couple months ago I went in looking to get out of my 2 door car and into a 4 door. I need something more practical and was able to find it. Nick was able to get me lower payments and in the same color just different model. It was very easy and simple. Since then I have done my oil changes and maintance there and have been very pleased.
