        Ad Astra Food and Drink is a "weekend" only restaurant located on beautiful scenic by-way 177 in heart of the Flint Hills. Ad Astra was named after the Kansas state motto "ad astra per aspera," which translates to "to the stars through difficulties." Owners Amanda and Gwen provide fresh food in a fun and unique atmosphere with an emphasis on friendly service. Reservations are not required.
