Hello there future car buyers, I just wanted to share a few words about buying a car at Albertos. I recently purchased a 2003 Camry Se through that lot. Let me tell you.. I will never go there again nor recomend anyone else either. I purchased my car on march 30th and already problems came about. Check engine light, worn torque rod and to top it off the moon-roof never worked. so the story goes like this. I went to paul blanco and got shot down and decided to go to albertos because my nephew got his car there. Im looking and spot a camry. Sales guy tells me to go for a test drive.. wouldnt start and had to get it jumped(hence, no power = ecu reset on engine light). played with all the features, found that the moon-roof didnt work at all and told the sales guy. any ways, he assured it would be fixed(at this time i thought that was the only problem). Man was i wrong. I live in milpitas so on the way home engine light goes on and the car shook at 60 mph. so i bring it back the day i was told to bring it i was told to come back another day(i just love commuting back and fourth). They had me and my wife going back and fourth for almost a week now. Finally, they fixed the engine light problem and replaced two tires but couldnt fix my moon roof. So the manager (Martin Sanchez) says maybe u can trouble shoot it? WTF??? Seriously? To top it off when I read the work order on the moon-roof part. Salvador (the sales guy) wrote that "moon roof was working when sold and now it isnt". currently im trying to negotiate that they deduct $300 for the sunroof. Its been a frikin nightmare knowing that ive been lied to from the beginig. watch out for salvador and make sure u check the car properly before purchasing. Yeah you coud say that its my fault for buying it but hey, I did spend my money to take the car off their greedy hands and set up a monthly payment to feed their family.

My name is Tiffani Hill I bought a crystler pacifica October 5th 2015 from 209 motors. I payed cash and was very nervous just because saving up the money the vehicle i would be buying would have a lot of sentimental value to me. I was looking for a reliable 6+ seater that wasn't huge. Jose Garcia was the sales man he found me car within 20 minute of being there. he walked me threw the hole process even found me a vehicle with a warranty witch was a must on my must have list. Jose has been so honest and open he has answered every and all my questions, i even reached out to him after hours in a panic and he still responded via text, i have felt so good about this car purchase. Its a good car i love it however, the costumer service i received made it so much better even when My check engine light came on he quickly got me scheduled and my car fixed. then 5 days ago my engine light came on again and because it was so close to my warranty expiring Jose talked to his manager and got me an extended warranty, I think the check engine light ordeal would have bothered me due to my car being less than 30 days old however, i feel confident in Jose and because of that i'm not worried. I will definitely be back when i need my next vehicle, and refer people and have them ask for Jose..
The day my wife and I walked on the lot of Baba Cars I was expecting a pushy, unscrupulous salesman, much like the movie "Used Cars". However upon meeting the salesman Roy I was pleasantly suprised. Roy was cordial, polite and professional and at no time did my wife and I feel that we were being pressured into purchasing a car we did not want. Roy let my wife and I peruse the lot of vehicles undisturbed but made himself available in the event we had questions. Furthermore, when it came to closing the deal, Roy was a man of his word and followed up with the due diligence the items we negotiated into the final sale of the car. I also had the pleasure of meeting Les, and like roy, I found Les a man of his word who ensured that my wife and I were completely satisfied with our purchase. Car salesman typically hame a reputation for being pushy and dishonest but that was definetely not the case with Roy and Les. Roy and Les made what could have been a long and aggravating afternoon into a pleasurable, no hassle car purchasing experience. Job well done Baba Cars!
These people actually help you find the car, the financing type, and they do not tell you it is not possible. I was going to all of the auto deals, looking through ads, and online to find a car in my price range. I was referred to the company through a friend, and I was able to get what I was looking for. They helped me find the car the was good for me, and did not ask for money up front. They reminded me of my best friend when she helped me find a house. She knew what I was looking for, so she didn't even bother me with other junk, or stuff that was over my price limit. I did not even know that there were companies like this that actually help you through the entire process. If you don't have time to look all those places for a specif car, or you just want to be treated fair by nice people, or both. I advise everyone to go through this company.
Les and Roy were a great help to my wife and I. We were looking for a car big enough for our expanding family, and they really came through for us when we needed them the most. They set us up with the perfect car that was very affordable, and not a moment to soon since our family expanded a week later. We were able to also feel totally at ease since they are firm believers in a CarFax report. Les and roy are the greatest, no pressure, easy to talk to with, very trustworthy salesman we've come into contact with. After our very positive experience at U. S. Motors, I have recommended all my friends and family members to check this place out. This is a great small dealership and it is wonderful for those trying to build credit or rebuild credit. I bought a beautiful cadillac with only 80,000 miles, clean inside and out for only $2500. My payments are only $250 a month and they don't charge interest. Who can beat that? They are a real cool bunch of dudes that work there and I recommend this place highly. They are honest about their cars and if you want a new one, they will get you a loan if you qualify and it would be cheaper through them then through a large dealership. After I finish paying this one off (3 payments left) I am going to get me another one. Thanks guys for a great car and great service!!!
# years ago we went to M & S looking for a mini-van. They just happened to have the make and model I wanted and at a decent price. We had already been all over Stockton looking and while 2 other lots had the same van their prices were higher and we were unable to qualify with their loan company. M & S were very helpful, they had several loan companies they worked with and were able to deal with us. We got the van at a monthly payment we could afford with a down payment we had and were very pleased with the experience. We paid off the van 2 months ago and if we neede to get another car we would go back to M & S.

I normally don't write reviews, but after searching for days we finally were able to purchase the right vehicle Thanks to Jose. Jose was very patient and knowledgeable. Most of all, I really appreciate his honesty, 98%of salesman just want to do just that, sell the vehicle. Jose had lots of patience with us to where we were able to contact him after work hours if we had questions. I would highly recommend THIS DEALERSHIP to anyone looking for a vehicle.
