We love The Old Spaghetti Factory. It's not truly the real authentic Italian food, but a take off from it. It is Americanized! Their prices are beginning to climb with the economy. You can have spaghetti in any old way. They fix it with different sauces besides tomato. If you eat their combination plates, your price around $12-ish will include your spaghetti style, salad or soup, warm hot loaf of bread, drink (tea, coffee, or normal soda),and ice cream. It's a real deal to split if you have children. You get alot and I usually have to take it home. Well, it's a franchised place, but the decor is funky. Kids will love it because they have a caboose in the middle and they can sit in it. On the other hand, they do not know what a caboose is any more. It's a great place to celebrate parties. Lots of noise. On the menu, we usually order a bowl of broccoli. It is so good because it is steamed to perfection. It has the mizthira cheese sprinkled with some olive oil. It is soooo yummy! My hubby always order his spaghetti with meat sauce and mushrooms on the side. He never changes from it. I have tried the manager's special which includes your two selection of sauces. Anything with the mizthira sauce on it, is yummy to me. I have taken my granddaughter there and she likes her plain noodles with butter on it. They made that for her. They have ravioli, tortilini, chicken, etc. as well as their spaghetti. It's a fun place to eat. Casual. Lots of parking spaces. It's off the freeway.
My family just had dinner at Ciao Bella. It was only 3:45pm and the restaurant was empty, but we were soon greeted by a young man who seated us in the left side dining area. We were brought our water and freshly toasted garlic bread. The menu is extensive for a small restaurant. We all had salads that came with our meal and they were generously topped with olives, tomatoes, beans and cheese. My husband had the veal parmigiana (he said the parmigiana was very tender and delicious as was the raviolis). My daughter had the chicken scalopini (lots of pasta with lots of rich creamy alfredo sauce and topped with large slices of chicken), and I had the Pasta Del Mar in marinara sauce (lots of pasta and the sauce was very flavorful with a little kick to it. The salmon was very good and tender and the shrimp and scallops were huge but tender .) It's a little pricey but you really get your money's worth. The servings are really generous, and if you eat the garlic bread & salad then most likely you will not be able to finish your dinner. (We had plenty of delicious food to take home for another meal). The waiter was very attentive, filling our water and the raspberry ice tea (that too was very good) and checking to see if we were happy with our meal. I had read the reviews before we chose this restaurant and they were 4 stars out of 5. I heartily agree with that and we will go again to this restaurant to try some of the other dishes. Support our independent eateries, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Especially this one.
I really love Italian food. Macaroni's delivers good quality food. I am a bit picky however, so I shuffle between 3-4 different entrees that I absolutely love. My new favorite that they added was their Eggplant Parmesian. Certainly a good portion for me, though just a bit too cheesy. Anyway, Service is generally great and managers are friendly enough. Definitely one of the top five restaurants in Stockton.
I wish they had a few more non-cheese based foods available, but everything we've tried has been great. The servers have a lot of personality. Mgmnt needs to lighten up and realize that making employees wear bandaids over piercings and tattoos is way less appetizing than the body art itself. I don't want someones bandaids anywhere near my food!!
I love this restaurant! Staff was very helpful especially giving good recommendation. I have salmon salad with mango salsa on top, best salad ever!!!! My co-worker has French dip. Good choice! We are planning to come back very soon so I can try the French dip. Can't wait..:)

Great ravolli's & lasgna and the french dip sandwich is always tender and plenty of it ! The staff is very friendly and they have a lot of good local wines !
I enjoy going to this restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly. The food is usually good, however sometimes they like to overdo it with the salt.
The sauce was fresh and our raviolis were the bomb! Although the place was packed our waiter was on top of it and provided excellent service
this is a great place for lunch or evening dining. They have a new salad BLT and it is great. I love the pesto salad dressing with it.
