To start I would like to commend Linda in the office for helping me and getting me a quote, all I needed to do was list all my furniture and she gave me a flat rate. I received a call the day before my scheduled move, telling me the time the movers would show up. The next morning I received a call from the driver ricky, introducing himself and confirming the time they would get to my old apartment. When they arrived i was introduced to rest of the team marty and Dennis. These three men wrapped and emptied my 2 bedroom apartment within an hour and a half. When they got to my new apartment, there was a problem with the elevator, which the super said would take half an hour. Since my apt is on the third floor My movers just started taking the stairs while the elevator was being repaired. They must have finished half the job by the time the elevator was operational. Professional, respectful and hard working, I highly recommend half price movers.

Great company!! I moved from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Staten Island, NY and it was a straight delivery my household items arrived at the promised time. There were 3 hard working young men who came and provided me with full packing services, once i opened my door for the company they took care of everything. They definitely do provide a door to door service.They have competitive prices and are very neat and organized. The thing i liked most about the company were the workers diligence they didnt stop until they were completely done with what they started. I am glad I chose A.G Movers for my relocation.

The staff at 1/2 price movers is absolutely awesome. This is truly a great family business. It starts with the staff to the team leaders to the movers. Team leader Ricky, along with Tyrrell, Lamar and Marty did a fantastic job moving my furniture. I was very impressed with the handling of my baby grand piano, it was treated as if it belonged to them. The team arrived on time and the entire move from loading to unloading took about 3.5 hours. I highly recommend them and their quality staff for any type of move, large or small. Their flat rates are unbeatable!!

I was in need of a quick move, literally from one day to the next and these guys did the job! The crew showed up on time and were super nice from the start! They were professional, quick, knowledgeable, and efficient ! Made my move smooth and stress free! They definitely took the work load off my shoulders. I was surprised to find these bad reviews on this web site, i happened to call half price movers because my movers didnt show up on the day of the move, so i called half price movers in a bind on the same day, they sent over a crew of four men, who were young however very professional and polite, and being that i am a senior citizen, they treated me with respect which was important. i would highly recommend half price movers to any one.

Outstanding!! They are not just professional movers. They are compassionate, caring people that ran to our aide in a very unforgiving situation. I just got done with my move with half price movers, to say they did a good job is an understatement, everyone from the sales girl to the movers was extremely professional. The men arrived on time, went over my furniture and started to wrap and pack everything efficiently. They were done with my entire 2 bedroom apartment move in less than 3 hours. 100 % satisfied with this moving company!!! My relocation from Manhattan to Florida was a great success because of A.G Movers. I've moved in the past and have had stressful experiences but this time around everything ran smoothly. My belongings arrived to Florida on time with no damages . I am very happy. Keo and Carmelito, the packers were OUTSTANDING! Professional, polite - concerned for me about getting us out on time. Put things outside waiting for truck to come. Once the truck got there it went smooth as clock work and we made the 5pm deadline- Terrific, fast, quiet, and polite!
