I'll just leave it at 1 star. Trust someone who has been dealing with Drury for 3+ years. Go live in a cardbox you'll be happier with the service and less of a headache. If you honestly want to know comment and I'll take the time out of my day to save you from this unprofessional property management crew. If I could give less than 1 star maybe 1/4 or even 1/8th if a single star I would. I got a box ill even sell you to ensure you don't make the same mistake.
I have rented an apartment managed by Hunter Property Management for the past 6 months. Upon moving found my apartment clean and in top maintenance condition. In past 6 months had 1 small minor issue and maintenance was there in under 15 minutes! More important, as a single woman I feel safe. From fun office staff to courteous maintenance crew, Hunter is the best!
Living experience was okay but dont count on the laundry to ever work. But look out when you decide to move! I spent two days making sure the place was spotless so I would recieve my full $400 deposit. Even sent the keys overnight since I could drop them in drop box and moved out of town. Waited my 30 days even gave them another week before calling. They said they mailed it but it must have gotten lost in the mail. 14 days later and im still waiting. They have blocked my number and refused to give the corporate number. I have reported them to the BBB.
I appreciate Drury very much. I used Dawn as an agent to list my home for rent in 2011-2014. She found great tenants and looked after our property well. Even years later when I needed to find old documents they were willing to go to storage and dig through boxes to find what I needed. I appreciate the customer service very much!
I found Wise Rentals to be both communicative and reliable. All fees were explained up front and there were no surprises.
Don't rent from this management company if you want any of your deposit back. I cleaned the house top to bottom before moving out... It looked as good as, if not better than when we moved in. Yet they "had to do a ton of cleaning and painting" and kept $474 of my $500 deposit. Complete BS!! They take forever to call you back on issues, even major ones. They just don't care.
The review from 2013 is a lie; we have yet to charge a tenant for a water heater or a dishwasher. The review from 2016 is an unfortunate chain of events that I, as the manager, tried to get resolved & to communicate with the tenants - but my hands were tied, I can only proceed with what a property owner agrees & allows - I am glad their situation was eventually remedied. The review from May 2017 is also slanderous. Branden D. is not our tenant - but my question would be, how long should a tenant get to live in a home stealing from a landlord? Since ultimately that is what you are doing when you live in a unit and are expected to pay rent but refuse to do so - sorry, but mortgage companies don't really care that a tenant hasn't paid rent so the property owners then can't make their mortgage payment.
Worst property management company out there... We have been in this house for about two years now and couldn't be happier with the place. Estate management company? Not so much. The property manager doesn't care about what your circumstances are, if you don't have the cash right then and there at the first of the month, boom. You'll get an eviction notice, which is complete bs if you ask me. Half of the issues we have had here, we've had to report to the landlord himself (which I feel that we'd be much happier here if he were managing his own property) because the property manager is too ignorant to do anything. People have had issues with the same property manager before, so honestly it doesn't surprise me that they get such bad reviews.
I found a place through Drury Property and was helped by their AWESOME leasing agent Louisa who went above and beyond in helping us find a place! I'm not sure why there are these bad reviews because our experience so far has been great!!!
We have lived in an apartment managed by Integrity for over four months and have never been more unhappy. We have had issues with our apartment (bug infestations, raw sewage backups, and a broken washer) since the day we moved in. Almost none of our issues had been addressed. The raw sewage was fixed, but not in a timely manner. The other two main issues hadn't been fixed for over four months. One of my roommates even considered breaking the lease after she woke up to a cockroach crawling on her and was told "there was nothing they could do. We were desperate for action so we contacted a third party that happened to know the property owner. The property owner wasn't being made aware of the issues we were having like Kim (property manager) suggested. The property owner and us, as unhappy tenants, weren't pleased. Since we've spoken to the third party less than a week ago, he has resolved the broken washer, bug issue, and has had our carpets cleaned. Absolutely horrible company.
