Unprofessional, made a to go order and was there to pick it up within 15 mins (8:33 pm). Business hours are from 11 am to 11pm, and when I arrived the doors were locked and shutters closed! As I'm knocking on the door, other customers are pulling up to get their food as well. A guy finally came to the door and told us they didn't make our good and that they're closed for the day at 8:40! DON'T TAKE ORDERS AND HAVE PPL COMING TO PICK THEM UP, IF YOU PLAN ON CLOSING EARLY!!!!!!!!!
The food and service was spectacular! There were 6 of us, 3 adults, a teen, and 2 kids. Everyone enjoyed everything. Will go again!
I have been here twice and both times the service was good but the food Is not very good I don't think I will try it again
I never will return to this place because the food is horrible i orderded 5 tamales and that look like frozen food, parts warm and parts Cold in the same tamal and the meat looks weird and taste weird don't go to this place, don't waste your money
Bartenders walked over me & my group of 3 & served everyone else that came to the bar that was not my color and got mad when we called them out on it. Stood there trying to order for 30+ minutes and we were ignored for whatever reason i don't know. Never got out of line or out of character. Just wanted a drink. Our money is green just like everybody else money.
I'm really just trying to find out the specials of the day but I love Trejos I've eaten there at the Mansfield road location a friend of mine brought me a dinner one time and I have to go back I don't remember what it was but it was 5 stars
This review is for the new new location on Shreveport-Barksdale hwy across from Super One Foods. We held my oldest daughter 21st birthday party at this location. I gave them last min notice at 2:30 that we would be there at 6, all 25 of us. They did an excellent job!! We had one waiter the whole time, believe me that did not hinder the service one bit. Everything came out hot and fresh. There was a small mix up with one dish but the waiter had it handled. By the time everyone was served the replacement dish was there. They provided the extra plates and freezer without question. I had actually brought the plates for the cake but they were on top of it!! Thank you and your staff for a wonderful service. I wish I would have remembered the waiters name but a special thanks to him.
Food is fantastic and service is top shelf! We have been many times and with all restaurants it will be hit and miss. Not many missed for me.
The food is OK. But the service really sucked. Our waitress didn't keep our glasses filled. One of our party didn't get silverware when we asked for him some she had an attitude. Needless to say no tip
From My Father:Attending my son's wedding in Shreveport, we visited this location, while I was eating some of the bean and rice from my chimichanga plate, I took a bite into something hard in the beans that broke one of my back teeth, I was told that since no foreign object could be found, they would not pay for my tooth, even though, I showed them the partially broken tooth on the table. (Anyone that makes beans knows if not washed properly there can be little rocks mixed in with bean) Then there happen to be a person from their corporate location there named CHRIS RIMMER and he told us "How Trejo's will take care of the dental bill and no worries and we are a big chain and do not want to lose your business on this little incident" Bunch of BS, Trejo's is not true to their word. Needless to say this is probably my worst restaurant experience anywhere. Trejos, you guys are really classless and cheap.
