Decided to switch dentists after the excellent treatment given to my 4 year old daughter. Had my first visit on Satuday and I have never had a dentist experience that great. All the x-rays and them explaining on what it means. It was a great experience. I was treated well from the time I got there until I left.

It was my 3 years old's first trip to the dentist and they made him feel so comfortable. He's excited to go back to the dentist! I could not have asked for better treatment from the staff towards my little guy.

Although the service is pricey compared to most dental offices, SFD has to be the best place to take a child for dental work. The place is beautiful, clean, and family friendly. The staff is amazing! The hygienists are patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I love it and my 6 year old does too!

Called in with a severe toothache- got me in within 2 hours. Dr. Funk and Shannon did an outstanding job with my root canal and crown. They both were friendly and very patient in my emergency 2 1/2 hour appointment to relieve my pain. Thanks again!!! :)

I have been going to see the dental professionals at Shorewood Dental for a few years now and I am always amazed at how the experience is beyond my expectations. To see a dentist and get a root canal done is one visit is awesome. It saves me time and money to go to fewer appointments that I would have done to at my previous dentist for the same procedure. I love the interactive website, too.

Their wonderfully friendly staff greets you at the door and you have the same amazing service throughout the course of your visit from reception to hygienists to doctor. And this isn’t your grandma’s dentist! Shorewood Family Dental has embraced technology from modes of cleaning and X-raying your teeth to the flat screen monitors that hover during your appointment to the chartless way they do business and the ease of booking appointments online. And even though they are techy, they’re not disengaged. The dentist took a half hour with me to explain my dental health and walked me through X-rays. I left with clean teeth and a smile, feeling totally invigorated.

I have been going to SFD for many years now and have always enjoyed everything they have to offer. From their state-of-the-art equipment to the knowledgeable and friendly staff, I have never dreaded my regular appointments like many do when it comes to the dentist! Added treats like the pretty carnations they offer their patients to take home and cute lip balms and toothbrushes make going to the dentist more enjoyable. I’d like to give a shout-out to Denise, my hygienist! Everyone is wonderful though!
