Perry Elementary School enrolls more than 300 students. The school offers classes in grades kindergarten through five. Its curriculum includes mathematics, science, social studies, art, health, computer, world language, music, physical and special education. The school offers a complete program of guidance services to students, including personal counseling, testing, psychological, speech and hearing referrals. Perry Elementary School is governed by the Hamburg Area School District. Its library has more than 10,000 books nearly a dozen periodicals and various audiovisual materials for the overall developments of students. Additionally, the school serves meals to the students. It has a parent-teacher association that provides planning and implementation of a variety of fundraising activities for the benefit of school. The school is located in Shoemakersville, Pa.
