I am a elderly lady with a older vehicle. Darren at Tire USA was the only place that would take time to listen to me and his servicemen did a top notch job —running like new!

They forgot to put the oil cap back on my motor. Smoke filled my cabin as I began driving down the street. Took it back and the guy did not put in more oil. Damaged the windshield spray system under the hood as he cleaned his mess. WTF?!?!

I have been a loyal customer of TIRE & MUFFLER USA for over 10 years! They do excellent work, are courteous and professional, offer and immaculate, state of the art waiting room, complete with free gourmet coffees and WIFI....I could go on and on!!! However, I highly recommend them for their honesty and integrity!!!!

I went hear to get 4 new tires and to get my truck fixed. They looked at my truck and said I needed wheel barons replaced. So I payed them almost 500 to fix the truck. A month later my brand new tires are to the point where the metal is coming out and about to blow. I took my truck to a different tire shop they looked at it and informed me nothing had been replaced but the tires and that wasn't even what was wrong with my truck it was a bent aframe. So I took all this information back to tire and muffler and told them what was wrong and how their mechanic screwed up and they said there was nothing they could do cuz it had already been 30 days. So I was out 200 for the new tires and nearly 500 for the wheel barons that they didn't even bother replacing and not to mention that wasn't even what was wrong with it. So I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless u want to get screwed over
