Complete joke. Owner is a joke. Filed case with fcc. If your in a rural area look at frontier. They are moving in to kiel, Chilton, Elkhart, sheboygan. 1/3 of the price and 100% better service.Do not get anywhere close to this company. They throttle your bandwidth and that if you can get on. There support is terrible and will not address your tickets. I have had a service ticket in just to troubleshoot download issues I'm having over there network.

worst service I ever received, the small print will say their service may be (ie... will be) unreliable and you still pay. I signed up for high speed which the website listed as over 20ms download, never approached more than 12. over 20 phone calls and 3 weeks with it being unresolved, I canceled. They sent a $595 disconnect fee, and sent it to collections ( which I contested) when they never provided the agreed upon service. The owner is a grumpy old man who will swear at you on the phone. One of the most horrible local small business experiences I ever had.
