I am deeply appalled with the way the staff has treated me as a patient. From the moment I called I dealt with nothing but rudeness. I tried to be as patient as possible while the woman on the other end of the line practically interrogated me when asking for my personal information. I was trying to schedule an appointment for a Colonoscopy, but soon realized that maybe she needed the Colonoscopy more than I did. I called back to confront her about her rudeness and asked her if she was normally like this with all patients and she basically said no, just with me and then hung up when I asked to speak with her Supervisor. I called again and spoke with another woman and asked for the woman's name I spoke with. She refused to give me her name and her supervisors name to protect her co-worker from getting a complaint against her from me. If this is the way this company runs their business then I think I will take my business elsewhere. There are other doctors out there who gladly go up my rectum for a small fee.

My name is Michael Figueroa, I have rectal bleeding and severe stomach pains. If you don't want to deal with emotional burdens of the rude staff like I have then I think you should look for another place to take care of your health needs.

The business could have made my experience better if they showed some compassion and kindness to my health problems and health needs.

The doctors there are good, very good, I will say that., but is it worth putting up with their rude staff? They are over the top about the HIPPA laws, and treat you as if its an interrogation when inquiring about your recent blood work or appointments. I do not believe they give messages to their doctors in a timely manner, nor care if a situation is urgent, nor know how to flag a message as urgent, after all its not happening to them. IF you could even get one to pick up the phone, majority of the time messages go to a mailbox system, which they dont return. I see i am not alone here with this treatment either. I hope the good doctors at this practice will at some point recognize they will lose patients to other facilites due to their friendly ensemble behind the desks.
