I like this massage and spa because of its overall cleanliness. The staff is warm, and welcoming towards customers when checking clients in. The massage service is excellent receiving from Joe Joe. She has very good techniques performing herduty. I felt really relax when leaving the facility on 06/30/18. I will visit this massagesalon again soon. HN

I had tried your spa several times. Two weeks ago I asked for a lady the by name of Helen. I was told that she on vacation and I would one a massage. I said yes and was led to one of your rooms. A more maturer lady (50-55) started to massage my back and neck,shoulders ect. i tried to engage her in a conversation,however,to no avail. I thought at first that perhaps she want me to relax and be quiet. Later she keep digging into my back. It was paintful and i said so. She then responded by pressing even harder. I realized that she perhaps spoke no English. I was very angry with her. The following day my body hurt like never before after the massage. It is my belief that she is not a licensed massuese. I was told that her name was Cindy. I want you to know that this lady is more than likely hurting and not helping your business. I will file a complaint. Thank you

Beauty Redefined makes it FUN!Dawn and staff at Beauty Redefined are incredible. I have been going now for procedures on and off for about 3 years. She puts you at ease, makes the time so fun, and you can trust her completely. She has a wonderful way of making you feel at home and never has there been a time where I thought that the procedure was anything less than perfect. I have gotten so many complements about my age vs the age I look. Oh and don't get me started on how young I feel just walking around each day, and a big part of that is due to her and how good she is. I fell myself walking tall, and so very confident, and full of energy as well. Its funny how taking away a few crows feet and evening out your skin tone can not only take away years off your face, but it has a way of adding a jump in your step too. On top of everything else, she has a point system of her own that allows you to save money on upcoming procedures and you actually save money that you can feel for your pocket book. I would say to ANYBODY that is looking to have anything done to try Dawn at Beauty Redefined.

The massages here are pretty good, helped me sleep like a baby. But let's just say that the endings weren't very that happy. Usually the end of the massage is the best part for me, but for some reason I didn't enjoy it as much. I like my old massage place better.
