The manager is nice and approachable. He would go beyond his efforts to keep his customers happy. The guy who did my car was fast. He answered all of my questions. I told him about a noise that I heard and he took the time to give it another test drive just to see if there is something wrong

Stopped by here on Tuesday October 27th for an oil change as it's close by my work. I was originally going to give this review 4 stars as they got me in and out in about 20 minutes. Very fast. However a couple of days later my wife noticed oil on the floor of our garage. Thank God she noticed this. I tried to take it back on Friday the 30th but traffic was horrendous so I stopped by the Jiffy Lube on Stevens Creek as it's close to my gym. I had assumed that I just had a loose drain plug or something. The guy at Stevens Creek brought me down into the bay and showed me where the leak was coming from, the top of my oil pan! Now the engine in my Mustang is brand new. This was my first oil change at 5,000 miles. There is no way that Ford shipped a new engine with a cracked oil pan. And even if for some strange reason they had, I would have noticed an oil leak some time within that first 5,000 miles of driving.I called the shop and asked to speak to a manager and they said the manager's name is Bruce but that he wasn't in but he would be in the next day, (Saturday). So I called this morning and explained my situation to him and he said that they couldn't have done it since they only touch the drain plug and the oil filter but that I was welcome to bring the car in and he'd take a look. I drove all the way from Gilroy to bring it in and after him looking at the car he repeated his statement. I told him that I agreed with him that it seemed a little unlikely that they might have cracked my oil pan but I've driven the car for a couple of months with no problems and now mere days after taking the brand new engine to them for an oil change I have a cracked oil pan??? I know I didn't do it and the engine didn't come that way. Just like Sherlock Holmes said, When you eliminate the impossible, whatever is left, no matter how improbable must be the truth.Bruce took a couple of pictures and forwarded them to his general manager who also said they couldn't have caused the damage. So now I have a brand new engine with a cracked oil pan. I'll be calling Jiffy Lube corporate first thing on Monday morning. I also will NEVER take my car to ANY Jiffy Lube ever again!!! I wish I would have checked Yelp before coming to this establishment to see all the one star reviews. I find it funny that with all of the bad reviews for this shop the manager has only responded to one and that was a 5-star review. I guess they don't care about solving customer issues.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP PEOPLE! THEY WILL BREAK YOUR CAR AND NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!!!

I happened to stop by Zippy Lube and was very pleasantly surprised. Not only were very thorough and professional, after they inspected my air filter (which was slightly dirty) they told me that I could get by until the next oil change (wow, that’s a first), usually all these places try to sell you everything. I really appreciated their honesty and quick attentive service to my Lincoln Navigator. Also, the pricing was better than most of the others. I am delighted to have found a reputable place that I can trust to service all of my vehicles!
